Do your prices include fitting?
Yes all prices quoted include the supply of the Velux windows, delivery and fitting.

Do the prices include VAT?
Yes all quoted prices include VAT.

Does the fitting include plastering?
The prices quoted are for fitting of the windows. If you do require plastering there will be a small additional charge - please contact us for a quote.

Will you need to check the property first?
In the majority of cases it will not be necessary to visit your property. Our highly experienced Velux fitters will gather the required information to gain a good insight into your requirements beforehand, but we will also contact you to clarify all details.

Will scaffolding be required?
In the majority of cases the windows can be fitted from the inside.

Are your fitters Velux Trained?
Yes, all our staff are fully trained and qualified in the fitting of Velux windows.
